Admin Test Blank White Screen

When I go to take the Admin Test there is a blank white screen.

Now I dont know if it just you guys are not hiring anymore or you dont need to take the test.

Because someone decides to take a stupid action, as a result, we shut down the page.
If you want to be an admin, you'll have to talk to a head admin until further notice.

Basically what Key said. As of right now the admin test has been shut down until further notice. As of now we do not know when it will be back up. Sorry for any inconveniences caused by this.

You need to prove that your personality doesn't conflict with game rules in any way. As an admin, you're held at a higher standard, and something that wouldn't get a regular user disciplined could get you demoted as an admin.

Furthermore, you'll need to prove your usefulness on the site once you're promoted. If there are many complains about you that find basis and reason, then it still won't matter if you've managed to answer many calls. You've got to answer them right, sometimes in a way that might be harsh, or pit you against people that you might have formerly favoured, if it was just a popularity contest. In that case, rulings supersede all.

Lastly, your rulings are expected to be very nearly superb. Consistently getting wrong rulings can put you at the end of your stint very quickly, so cheating to get rulings for the test won't work either.

On the former test, you needed at least 16/20 questions to be entirely correct.

That means that you must have 80% rulings. So Key technically flipped it. Your personality would need to be 95% compatible, the 5% representing times where you might understandable lose your composer, and the 80% representing how much you needed on the test (at least formerly).

However, Key is is more correct in that the test represents a set of difficult rules, so in practice, you will need to get more than every 19/20 Administrator Calls correct to truly be performing your job.

A good personality is something really hard achieve, even harder than knowing rulings.

Some people are born with an advantageous personalities, which means any others needs to train their EQ and temper.
Even if you're a nice person, you get annoyed quickly if you're constantly answering the same questions over and over again
