Looks pretty solid.

I'd suggest :

-1 Wattpheasant (already have 3 Giraffe & 3 Cobra as direct attackers and they're much better).

+1 Watthopper (More lock possibilities).

-1 PoD (2 is enough, might conflict with TKRO)
-1 Starlight Road (2 is too much IMO) or -1 WattCancel

+2 Recycling Batteries (+1 that can hit all your Watt monsters).

You have 2 extra spots open :

+1 Lavalval Chain (Sets up grave or get you to topdeck the monster you want).
+1 Gachi Gachi (Fox + Dragonfly for example, gives you attack boost and is hard to get rid of) or +1 Roach/Utopia.

Forgot about Inferno Reckless. Remove it then since you can't activate it using Dragonfly's eff.

What?! Dammit. That's what made the lock so easy in setting up. Oh well at least I have more room.

You could try teching 1 Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. It's an instant Wopperlock, but it's also not that reliable so 1 at the most.
