No, sorry, but those are terrible fixes.
Haipa is pretty terrible. It can get over Thunder King, that's the only upside to the card.
Cash Cache isn't good at more than one. The only reason, and I mean only, is for the turn 1 Naturia Beast that it gets with Ninishi.

With that being said, Thunder King Rai-Oh is very, very important to this deck. Yes, I search a lot, but TKRO can allow me to stall my way into drawing game(opponent's not going to extend against a face-up Thunder King.)

I think TKR is great this and the future format.
Take out cash shed and limiter
Add one watchdog and test gorz, dunno how well it'll work vs your fiendish chains

Cash Cache is a good tech, since you know, if I draw it I'm guarunteed a turn 1-2 Naturia Beast. Watchdog is garbage. Gorz isn't as good this format as it was in the previous ones. Not worth fitting. Limiter Removal is a win condition in itself, why would I cut it?

This deck loses to disruption, especially Fiendish Chain. Why would I want to do that? Cyber Dragon's not good enough to be at 3. I don't care if I draw it, or not. It's mainly an out to Zenmaines. I rarely go into Bureido, because it would cause me to run subpar cards, such as 3 CyDra/Watchdog etc
