Website Does Not Load

When i visit the homepage, i wait for it to load but it doesn't. Is there something wrong with the DNS?

First off, welcome.
I just checked the game itself, it loads fine for me.

Just throwing out ideas here, could it be a problem with your firewall or router?

Nope, still not loading. Chrome just times out. IE Also.

Try deleting your Cookies and Cache.

CCleaner does a good job of this if you have it.
It's also good for fixing any registry problems your pc could have. (registry doesn't affect the game though)

Done and still not loading. I even restarted my pc and disabled the firewall. I don't have any av programs and its just simple windows firewall. Weird how the forum works but not the regular website.

Hmm, what kind of error are you getting, if any?
Like 404, connection timed out, cannot connect to server, etc.

Nope, still not loading. Since the forum folder is loading maybe i could put that file int he forum folder?

Unless you're the admin of the server, you can't move files around, lol.

I've got 2 guesses now: Adobe Flash Player isn't updated, or the game simply hates you.

Edit:
You said both computers weren't connecting.
This makes me assume it's a router issue.

Probably but when i use a proxy it works. Maybe i was accidently banned? Does the admins do IP Bans or just account bans?

Use any other browser, i recommend Mozilla, is the one ive always used and it never gives me problems. Or try Safari or Opera.

The browser switching likely wouldn't fix it. He tried Chrome and IE, both of them didn't work.

If a proxy works, its something with your network. Reset your router?

I had the same problems the other day. Just wait for 3-24 hours and it should be fixed..It's happened to me 3 times already the past 2 weeks. .-.

Tried resetting and it still doesn't work. I even flushed my dns ipconfig/flushdsn and still nothing. Can anyone verify that i wasn't accidently IP banned?

I'm out of ideas. Is playing through a proxy bearable enough, or is it obnoxiously laggy?

If you've done everything they have said then i don't think any members here can help. Most members problems have been fixed by doing something that has been listed above.

Clear Cache
Try another browser
Update Adobe Flash

I use DN on Safari and most of the time when i get on i clear the cache and refresh. It works fine after that. Here is a video showing what i do to make DN work for me.


I recommend watching this video on full screen.

If your banned, it will say "You are banned" when you try and log on


also, what OS are you using?

try this:
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Then, User And Accounts
3. Create New User.
4. Make sure you give administrator rights to your new user.
5. Go to DuelingNetwork site and the game should work perfectly.


also try disabling your firewall (on a related note, what virus software are you using?)

IP Ban != Account ban

Account ban prevents me from loggin in and ip ban prevents me from visiting the website altogether.

Change your IP?
Then again if you're ip banned, that'd be illegal.
