torrential tribute ruling

can torrential tribute destroy the special summoning of monster from monster effects such as a a monster being special summoned by mystic tomato? Cause bottomless traphole doesnt.

Torrential can't be used on a monster summoned by Tomato or the like because of Damage Step ruling.

You can TT cards Special Summoned by Monster Reborn and Call of the Haunted, but you cannot use TT on monsters summoned during the Damage Step (like when a monster is summoned by Gaint Rat after it is destroyed by battle).
